Recover an interrupted download
Before paying again, open Your projects & downloads in the generator using the same browser and device. Completed PDFs can be downloaded again. Interrupted saved batches can retry their original export authorization for 24 hours after checkout. Clearing browser data removes local recovery files. If you paid but cannot recover the file, contact support with your PayPal receipt.
