This tool creates a printable file compatible with the Avery 5160 / 8160 layout. We do not sell physical Avery labels. Buy suitable blank sheets separately and print your downloaded PDF on your own printer.
The layout has 3 columns and 10 rows on an 8½ × 11 inch US Letter sheet. Each label is 2⅝ × 1 inch. Select label stock designed for your printer.
Use the Generic template for other equipment. This is a fixed-layout generator; uploading logos and designing custom layouts are not supported.
Use Avery 5160 / 8160 format for 30 labels per sheet. Check that your chosen material and adhesive suit the surface. Standard paper stock may be unsuitable for wet, abrasive, hot, or outdoor conditions.
Use the larger grid format when you want paper tags to cut out yourself. This format does not follow the Avery sheet layout. Neither export includes physical tags or attachment hardware.
